Strong Compatibility
The threads on both sides of the SV226 filter drawer are M48x0.75 internal threads and M42x0.75 external threads, which are compatible with most specifications of astronomical cameras. Note: If you want to connect with a dslr camera, you need to use an additional camera adapter.

These are high quality and significantly less expensive than other manufacturers. I bought the pair for my existing 127mm and new 72mm telescopes so I could switch filters between. For those inexperienced like myself, the light pollution and narrowband filters are unidirectional and the filter drawer is unidirectional. What this means is the 48mm female thread must attach to the telescope and the 42mm male end (comes with 42mm to 48mm male adapter) must attach to camera/eyepiece. Use this info to purchase the correct adapters. For your particular scope

I was surprised at the heft of this filter holder, it weighs more than the large holder from Player One and it is thicker than some competing brands. That noted the design and build are excellent. I detected no light leeaks.The holder comes in a fitted foam hinged plastic case and includes an Allen wrench abd adapters for 1.25 inch filters.The camera side has male M42 threads, and an M42 to M48 adpater is included which makes this holder useful with both my IMX571 camera and the smaller IMX 585 adn IMX249 cameras that I have.
