I installed these on a mossberg 88 and they fit and work flawlessly. I drilled a small pilot hole in the charging handle and then placed the provided screws and washers through the strap. It took about 5 minutes to install and it has held up through 250 rounds at the range.

Most 500 accessories work great for the 88 (in my experience), but with this strap, the screws are too long. If you tighten them down all the way, they will touch your barrel and prevent operation of the weapon.
