Firstly, fix the threaded rod anchor and nut together.
Step 2
Then, install the product onthe electric drill.
Step 3
Then drill holes at the locations you need.
Step 4
Finally, you can use screws to secure it in the pre drilled hole.

This is essentially a lagbolt, which you can insert threaded rods or bolts into. The first thing I found this very useful for was some undermount tools on a workbench. I was going to do something else, but these keep the tools in place far more securely than what I was doing before.

Perfect for overhead wood applications for threaded rod for holding pipes and other such items where you need to mount threaded rod. I don't know the weight limit but they seem pretty robust for wood. One of the pictures shows them mounting in concrete but I don't think these would work for concrete without some type of anchor/insert to drill into. They are not like Tap-Cons.
