The build quality of the coupler itself is great and it looks good as well. The tight 90 degree allows you to trim it for tight spaces if necessary. The included worm gear clamps are solid and appear to be stainless which is a nice touch. They will certainly work for intake and low boost applications although you'll probably want to spring for true t-bolt clamps for higher boost levels.

The Tandefio 90 Degree Silicone Hose Elbow Coupler is a 4 ply 2 1/2" silicone elbow, normally used for turbocharger intercooler connections. It's rigid but flexible, pretty much indestructible, and comes with a pair of strap clamps. In this case it will be used as a flexible elbow for my wood shop Dustopper Pro upgrade. The Dustopper setup is going into a tight space, and I wanted an elbow that was unbreakable since it'll get knocked around a bit. This silicone elbow does the trick and it fits right up to 2 1/2" dust collector fittings. Since it's 4 ply I'm pretty sure it will hold its shape when used in a low vacuum application, but I'll have to see how it works out.For what it is it's priced pretty reasonably, and should take more abuse too.

helped me make an air intake for less money for my 12 valve cummins. still need a 45 degree solid pipe and air filter but this helps get around the alternator

Purchased this because I have very minimal space between my throttle body and fan on my 53 Chevy 3100. This helped squeeze past the fan and get an intake tube on the truck. Been about 10 months and it’s still holding up great.
