This thing is incredible for it's size, i live off grid and used it for over a year showering outside. I recommend buying a shower tent on amazon for like 30$ and you can take a shower down into the 20's with comfort. However do not forget to drain all water out of it if its going to freeze outside or it will bust the copper lines inside.Also their customer service is 10/10 very responsive if you have a problem.

Great hot water heater that's fairly light to take along camping or outdoor use. Have had it for almost two years and no problems yet.

I bought this water heater BE158 for my camper. The heater came with a fitting that wouldn’t screw on and after a few texts they sent out a replacement. The most impressive thing about the customer service is their response time which was in most cases about 30 minutes(during working hours/days). I did have another issue that it wouldn’t heat and like customers said that they got the run around and no response my experience was totally the opposite, they were very helpful, better than any other company I’ve ever dealt with concerning customer service. They did send me a new one out and it seems to be fine, not very much usage yet so we will see. My main reason to write this was to highlight their 5 star customer service.

The first one of these I received only worked for three days before the igniter clicked but failed to create a flame. I called support and followed their steps to check water pressure, batteries, and gas. They wanted me to get a screwdriver and take the cover off to check internal items, but I wasn't willing to do that. I returned it and received a replacement right away. This one has been working properly for a week now, so hopefully I just had bad luck with the original. Functioning properly, this is a handy gadget. My family uses it to hose down after saltwater swimming.

My husband made a stand for it to hang on and the propane tank tucks behind the planter.We love this heater!! It works so well and heats the water quickly letting us enjoy the pool.It does not Sue much propane and is excellent value for your money!!I highly recommend this product.

After receiving our first unit and it was a dud and I struggled to get support, (original review below), I received a refund and purchased another Gasland model. It heats quickly and consistently and has great pressure.Original review - We set this unit up at our off grid cabin and it looked promising. The first time we used it the pressure was good and it heated up quickly, but the unit clicked on and off and the temperature fluctuated continually. I reached out to Amazon support and they informed me that my return window had closed. I attempted to reach the Gasland directly but was continually looped back to Amazon support where I was again told my return window had closed. How can I connect with product support beyond this window?

We installed our unit in late summer for an outdoor shower at the cottage. After adding some fire rated material, installation was simple (I used brass hose quick connectors & a filter). The water heats up amazingly fast, and the shower is so gentle, yet lotsa pressure. What amazes me is knowing that we are only using half the power (summer mode), which means come early spring when the lake water is cold we will still be able to have piping hot water!I was also very impressed with their customer service. I have a few pre-instal question when I was planning my project. They responded properly and quickly every time. I also had a very minor issue with one of the gaskets & they sent me a complete new part immediately.5 stars. very satisfied 👍

I had troubleshooting issues as the instructions are not suitable or easy to understand so I had contacted Gasland who transferred me over to Camplux and a lot of doubling up information, which felt exhausting but they came through for me and the pump and water heater are working so well! Product is extremely useful for our remote off the grid situation.

I have a tiny off the grid cabin and just bought this for our outdoor shower. It was easy to put together, the water heated up in less than a minute and the flow was great. The water pressure was enough to work without a pump. Shipping was quick as well. I love it!

The way this company designed the battery holder is so poor that one cannot get them out with their hands (like I could with my last heater) and I had to completely unscrew the whole casing to remove and replace them. Then, the element still wouldnt ignite yet power was still there, so something is faulty inside the heater. I contacted customer service but they are 100% worthless in offering help, and seemingly didnt know anything about the actual product. They wont send out a technician to help and want me to completely dismantle my whole set up to figure out if the inside wiring is faulty, which is a huge time and labor suck for me. Had they designed it to be able to remove the front plate from the sides or front this would be no issue, but they didnt. They wont issue me a replacement or refund because I went through Amazon. In addition to all of this, when it was "working" my shower and faucets couldn't hold temp, they were either freezing or scalding (unlike the last heater I had). Dont waste your money or time on this worthless product or company and if you do, buy direct, or get stuck taking sink baths from heating water over the stove to survive. Thanks Gasland. Great job.UPDATE: After reading this review the company went out of their way to contact me apologetically and offer a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised, and accepted such offer. Then, radio silence. 5 days went by and I said again that I would like the full refund....nothing. The next day I said that I am waiting for the refund so I can buy a new one so I can take a f*****g shower....nothing. The next day I reported their misleading email to Amazon in 2 different ways, and told them....nothing still. Amazon felt bad for me and gave me a $10 credit, which was nice, though still $200 short of what I need. I dont understand how these morons get off stringing people along like this while offering nothing valuable in terms of resolution. This company thoroughly fails on all levels, and I sincerely hope Amazon bans you from stealing peoples money like this.

Everything worked great other than the shower head and hose. Shower head leaked from the plastic piece at the base of the shower head the moment I hooked it up and shower hose blew a hole in it and is no longer usable. Will have to go buy another shower hose and head before I am able to use it.UPDATE: Seller credited my account to allow for the purchase of a new shower head and hose. Thank you very much for your help!
