These were bigger than I expected. Definitely work well in larger mugs. They hold a lot of tea. It has a sort of double clasp which holds the lid on very well even when it’s full. Some of the teas I drink have large leaves, like my oolong tea. These work well in holding more of the leaves. I like the ability to put more leaves in than being limited to small amounts with some of the other holders. I like strong teas sometimes. My only complaint is that some of my larger mugs have thicker rims, and the clasps on the end of the chain are kind of small. On some of my mugs, they can’t grip the sides.

Simple design, nothing fancy, and it does the job as intended. Doesn't need to be fancy.

Good solid mesh metal to hold tea leaves or any herbal leaves to make an herb drink. The chain is short so best to use in small cups or ensure to "anchor" the chain on the outside cup handle for taller cups. Their is a small hook on the end of the chain.Problem.... the clips holding the mesh closed are weak and cheap. They work but are easy to bend out of shape or become misaligned, so make sure you carefully open and close while using the clips. Also note the mesh can be dented but are easily pushed out again to regain the circular shape.Pros... the mesh circles provide large volume or capacity for your herbal leaves. The Mesh wires are very fine..... probably a .005 or .001 microns but I did not measure them, its just a guessed based on mister nozzles holes and their advertised sizes (ie for comparison) . so small... good to get the herb flavor without the leaves.

Overall these are good tea infusers. Good classic style balls with easy clasps. The metal mesh is just the right fineness to keep most of the tea leaves in the infuser. I've used them with a few different teas to see how different grinds work, and it works well for all that I've tried.A very minor quip for me is that it doesn't have a pin to align the two halves before closing the clasps. Having two clasps is nice to keep it secure all the way around, but it takes a second to line it up when it is full of tea to close both. Not a big deal, but something to note. For me a somewhat bigger deal is that the chain is fairly short. My mugs have a slight larger than typical handle, and if you wrap this chain around the handle to hook to it the infuser ends up half out of the tea even for a full cup. This would be the same problem if your handle were lower on the cup instead of close to the top. That's a big enough deal to me to knock a star off.Overall still al good purchase for a reasonable price for a basic tea infuser, but use caution if your cups have large or low handles.

These infusers have a beautifully minimalist style that I love, and they are incredibly easy to clean. The quality is excellent, made from durable stainless steel, and the hook and chain design makes it simple to use with any cup or teapot. It adds a touch of elegance to tea time while being practical and long-lasting. A great addition to any tea lover's collection!

Pros:- At $2.50 a piece, these are decent enough. They'll (mostly) hold tea leaves in place, and the chain is long enough to be used with most mugs.Cons:- The mesh is not particularly fine, and the clasp doesn't do a great job of keeping the infuser tightly closed. This usually leads to a small amount of tea particulate escaping the infuser. It's not terrible, but better options exist that do a much better job of keeping the tea leaves in.- The chain is pretty short, and isn't ideal for making tea in larger containers such as pitchers.

These are great basic tea infusers. They work, the chain is a good length. It holds closed pretty well and is easy to use. Good value.

Two of three of these were hard to open and close. I only use one of them. I use another infuser for another cup. I think all three could be used in a bind but they also feel flimsy so I do not want to break them. The chain is really small and it does not feel sturdy at all. The hook for the chain is small and it is easy to become dislodged and fall in the cup if you are not careful. These infusers do their job but I think the quality could be better. They clean fairly well. I just wash out the remnants of the loose tea after I take the infuser out of the cup.
