Challenging install. Best to watch a Youtube to gets some hints on some of the peculiarities. You have to dismantle lots of plastic part wire connections and metal screws. In the end my install was successful but I still get an occasional crimp in the paper. My Brother HL-L8360CDW printer does double-sided, so the rollers get a workout. The old rollers were damaged during cleaning up for a leaking ink cartridge. I was able to download the 8260 Service Manual but that wasn't sufficient without the user Youtube video.

As other reviews have stated this fixed half the problem. I replaced both rollers which is quite a bit of work. Definitely need a little experience in taking things apart. After replacing both rollers printer paper was still wrinkled. I also took it back apart and replaced the original orange roller back and took the new one off. This seems to fix the problem. So the black fuser seems to be working but the orange heat roller is not the same product and will not work. I would look elsewhere or don't bother with the new orange roller.

Very pleased with this fuser, it saved me a lot of money. A word of advice to the buyers, make sure you know what you are doing. Brother printer fuser replacement is no simple task, take photos of every little thing that you do as you are taking the printer apart or you won't be able to put it back.

I installed both the heated fuser roller (black) and the pressure roller (orange). Installation was reasonably complex, but certainly possible for a skilled diy-er.Unfortunately, after the install all of my prints had creases running lengthwise down the page. They were small, but very noticeable. My original fuser roller (black) had been damaged; the black surface was delaminating and causing my pages to look embossed. This was the reason I needed to replace the rollers. My original pressure roller (orange) had no issues, so I took the printer apart (again) and replaced the new one with my old one. Problem solved; printer now works fine. The new roller is significantly lighter and not as "squishy" as the OE one. It appears that it is the main cause of the creasing. So, I'm giving this set 3 stars because it contained what I needed as I was able to make it work. But, the orange roller is junk.

This is not easy to install but if you're good with DIY and following instructions you can find videos on youtube that will help you. I'd suggest watching the videos first to make sure you have all the tools needed. Once installed everything worked great.
