When Vacation Mode is enabled, only the master code and physical key can unlock the door. Any other unlocking methods will trigger a red light alert

GREAT value. It was super easy to install. I’m not one to follow instructions but turns out you need to when setting up the keypad. There’s a whole page that clearly states you must reset the keypad so that it memorizes the side your door handle is on. Took me a minute to realize this and was confused when it wasn’t locking. It was a quick and easy fix though. Just read the instructions.

This is just perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It’s not hard at all to install it. I followed a guy on YouTube and he shows exactly how to install it.

I bought this to replace my old worn out entry set. It installed quickly and works much smoother than the old unit. The digital touch pad is a great feature and allows secure access to cleaners and neighbors while away. The price is lower than the big box stores. Overall I would recommend.

Not only does this product look and function perfectly their customer service is also amazing ! My dog knocked the battery cover off and chewed it up. With nowhere to buy one I messaged the company and they offered to send one out to me asap and didn’t even charge me for it !

I love this handle. Originally I had bought just the keypad, but when I had hooked it up and saw the quality, I decided to see if they had the handle to go with it but only comes as a kit. So I unhooked the keypad and sent that back to receive the keypad and door handle set. Not only does it look good, but the quality behind all of it is heavy duty. This is not cheaply made. The holes align. The metal is all engraved to know where and how to position things. The troubleshooting information is well spelled out. This is not challenging to put together. It took maybe 5 minutes to do if you are replacing it with an old handle/keypad set. I am so glad that I returned the keypad to get the entire kit. I would definitely buy this for others too because of the quality in the material and the ease of the directions.

I love the look. It has the appearance of quality.The security, fit and mechanics of the locks are inept. I’ve been using the locks for over a month and when manually locking n unlocking it feels like you’re fighting against the internal gadgets there’s so much resistance and an awful sound is made. It is loud when putting in the numbers and when it locks n unlocks it makes much loud noise doing so. The auto lock feature worked great for 2 weeks then the dead bolt started opening n closing multiple times on its own. Troubleshooting it said the sensor wasn’t reading the door plate correctly so I moved it around n that fixed the problem for one day. So I reset the whole lock and it didn’t change anything. On a related topic, one day human error didn’t close the door forcefully enough and when the door tried auto locking the repeated attempts for it to try to lock actually made the door become more ajar, now, making it obvious to the public the door was open.Now, 6 weeks in and the lock has left me locked out of my own house. It wouldn’t recognize the pass codes. Luckily, my daughter was on her way home in minutes but while I was sitting and waiting for her the lock just unlocked on its own.Also, it does not fit older doors. The circumference is too big and a wider hole needs to be made.I would return it but hoping to work out the kinks I’ve now missed the return/exchange window. Totally disappointed and now feel more unsecure than ever.

installation is pretty simple, but once installed our door opens to the right and the lock kept trying to unlock the door in the left position and couldn't the user manual did NOT have a procedure to reverse locking pin position but for some reason the installation manual had the instructions. Was very annoying and time consuming to figure this out, this info should be user manual not installation manual because the unit isn't even installed til you get to the end of the installation manual and then you work with usuer manual that has all other info except this.....so if you are stuck where we were, info is in the installation manual to reverse unlocking position....Just installed the unit looks good and works well, lets see how it does in the long run. 3 stars because of unclear instructions and a lot of waste of time and frustration.
