This is perfect for holding my tablet while I'm in bed. I've had this nearly 2 years and the bean bag pellets just settled enough that I needed to add a bit of fluff. I was very disappointed to find that I forgot it once when we went camping and my arm got tired quickly.

I use this for my kindle and I love it so much!!! I’ve also used it for hardcover books and it works well for that too :)

I really like that this doesn't hurt the books in any way. It is really easy to use and makes reading books when you don't want to hold them much nicer. The only thing I wish for was that it was a little more sturdy, I am afraid the beans are going to crumple and the board holding it so the book can sit in it will bend.

I got this for my mother who has arthritis pains, and other health issues that made holding a book painful. After a few days with it, she says she loves it! Its light, easy to use, and her hands don't hurt so much!

I bought it for my S7 FE tablet and it's exactly what I wanted. I was a little concerned the plastic strip at the bottom would cover some of the tablet but it doesn't at all (I do have a cover on the tablet). I use it to watch videos/movies easily and can sit it wherever I want.

The Bookseat has been a wonderful addition to my reading time, holding my Kindle beautifully and saving my hands and wrist.But … in the summer heat and humidity the interior “beads” give off a heavy musty odor. Quite unpleasant and no way to remove and switch out for something better.***After posting this review I contacted The Book Seat customer service department and was given instructions on how to remove beads and refill. Wonderful customer service experience!

Can’t believe I used to read books without this thing! I’ve been using it for the last few months and LOVE it. In bed, on the couch, in the bath… it takes reading to a whole new level. I love that I can now eat my favorite snacks as I read or pet my cat ❤️ I’ve read thin & thick books using this and it holds all of them great. Easy to adjust depending on size of book and easy to flip pages. If you love to read and want a hands-free experience, just buy it. So worth it.

The design is great, material looks fine. The filling is extremely lightweight foam (?) balls and a light cardboard stiffener so it hasnt got much heft to counterbalance a heavier book. Seems ok with large trade size paperback. I have used it with my ipad in bed but the little plastic “holder” just gets in the way of the touch screen so I stick it in front of it. Looks like a great design that was cheaply produced but for the price, its ok.
