I love hot tea! I make a cup every night. This tea taste good and helps me to relax for the night and get plenty of zzzzz...and a great value for the cost.

Tastes pretty good for a medicinal tea with a little bit of honey, maybe relaxes me, but doesn’t put me to sleep. I’ve thrown up to six tea bags into a mug and felt nothing. I have pretty severe insomnia though so maybe for people who just want to relax a little it might help 🤷🏻♀️
