This solid-state unit contains no refrigerant and have no compressors—thermoelectric heat pump uses semiconductor materials and electric current to extract thermal energy from one region and move it to another. Air-cooled chillers utilize a system in which heat exchange is rejected to the air. Thermoelectric chips have the ability to both heat and cool. Variable control of chips allow chillers to operate using a very small reservoir while maintaining high stability. Use these compact, high-stability recirculating chillers in the lab or in the field. Excellent for laser cooling, process cooling, field temperature control, sample cooling, and distillation condenser. Precise temperature control (±0.1°C) makes them ideal for any application that requires accuracy and reliability. USB & RS-232 data port.
