I bought three of these and they have all. Stopped working. Customer is bad. I called and got sent to a vm and no one ever called me back. Don't waste your money or time on these.

This works great! This is for a pull down kitchen faucet only. IF your faucet hose is G1/2, this is for you. If you don't know what size you have, take your shower wand off the hose and try it on your kitchen sink. If it fits, that is G 1/2 and you can safely order this.Instead of replacing your entire faucet, by changing this hose end sprayer, which takes 30 seconds, this will turn your kitchen faucet into a 'smart' faucet. Believe me, I have had 2 name brand faucets (hundreds of dollars) that were unreliable and broke....... and I was able to find a similar adapter to turn my faucet into a smart faucet.This is the first of these that I have seen that has 2 spray patterns! This is a bit pricey, usually these are in the 30ish range. I connected this to my faucet and my faucet appears to be 'thicker' where the adapter connects, so it is not a perfect fit, but it does work. Not that this adapter is also straight and not angled at all so it may change where the water falls in your sink depending on your faucet. I ordered this in black (because that was all that was available at the time) My faucet is chrome and I would have gladly paid for it with my own money to buy the chrome instead, but seeing how much thinner it is than my faucet, I won't.You are supposed to screw this adapter onto the hose (after fully charging it with a usb cord) then you leave the handle in the on position always. To get water, you just wave your hand. I find that the sensor works best for me when I put it toward the back which prevents many mistaken turn ons. When the battery needs to be charged again (this takes MONTHS of use before it is needed) You just turn the water off at the handle and then you can charge it without getting the battery compartment wet. The battery compartment has a sealed silicone flap. It is not poorly designed as I anticipate some other reviewers may claim. I have had another going on 3 years now and it works flawlessly still. I would have bought this in the chrome because it adds the spraying option that mine does not have. Great item, really.

These are the greatest thing ever. Better than a full replacement faucet with touchless tech. As this allows you to still easily adjust temperature and flow level. Very happy. Would buy again.
