Put another brand of latch on my 07 FLHTC, damn thing started rattling soon after. Wasn't loose like the lid was in danger of coming off, but just enough space to rattle and drove me crazy. So far this brand has worked great, they actually felt tighter after installation. It was worth my money.

These latches are identical, with only 2-exceptions !Had to drill-out the 2 screw holes slightly bigger on the (tour-pak) and also the crews provided in the kit were too-long, had to put in some spacers to make-up for the slack to tighten it up, other than that, it worked out well,.!

The original tour pack latches have broken on me one right after the other, these after market latches work just as good as the original latches at a fraction of the price.
