We used this in our RV pantry to help insult the exterior wall. This really help regulate the temp. The black color blends in nicely and goes in noticed.

I had pipes which had frozen and lots of damage done that had to be replaced. I found this very easy to work with and provided insulation in spaces that were difficult to reach. Had first long snow and freeze since using and I can tell a difference.

I didn't want bright shiny silver facing outward when sleeping in my minivan so I ordered this silver/black version. It's sturdy and flexible enough to be cut to friction fit each window. I wasn't thrilled at how shiny the black looks from outside the vehicle so I used spray adhesive and glued a layer of landscape fabric I had on the black side. Then I used a narrow black tape with aggressive adhesive to bind the edges. The window covers are reversible if we're in the blazing daytime sun, fit perfectly, and look very nice from both sides. A set of custom window covers is about $200 if you order the quality version from the name brand supplier. Total for all materials for these was under $50. Very happy with this material.

Impressed with the company and product. Made custom window coverings for car camping and having one side black is great to absorb or reflect sun and black side is great when needed for stealth camping. Kept car noticeably warmer for winter camping and cooler in summer.

Im a full time van lifer in a Sprinter Van. Privacy is a huge issue & commercial screens to cover the windows start @ $300. For $50 I DIY'D a set of privacy screens that are held in place with small magnets. I get no light leak & when stealth parking/camping you can't tell that there is someone inside the van. An added bonus is the insulating quality that blocks the sun in summer & retains heat in the winter.

This worked great for my van. I double side taped it to my rear windows. Blocks a lot of heat and all light from entering.
