The first hoop we ordered wouldn’t stay still and kept spinning around. We ordered a new one and so far has been more sturdy. Amazon makes good in their free shipping for Prime members and returns are simple.

It is a great hoop with a good basket. However, the bracket on the back doesn't allow the hoop to stay upright so it just flops down. No matter how much I tightened it, it just fell down. Returning for something different. Stay away.

You can have this set up in ten minutes and is of surprisingly high quality. It attaches easily to the uprights that hold the safety netting & will fit over the protective cover. It is adjustable to accommodate curved uprights too. The basket is also adjustable to get it level. A spring on the backboard allows safe dunking. So far it has been a big hit and gives kids an extra game/feature to go with a backyard tramp. Oh--it also has a small ball with a supplied air pump.Update: This has been used regularly and is a favourite, but after 3 months the cloth that attaches the net to the hoop failed & had to be reattached to the hoop with zip ties. Taking one star off since it is no longer an exceptional product but still has good qualities.

My son loves this hoop unfortunately the spring under the net broke. I contacted customer support and sent a picture of it and they replaced his hoop right away! I didn't know what to expect when I contacted them but was so surprised and pleased with their kindness and willingness to send him a new hoop. Thank you again!

My son likes the hoop. It does not attach very well to a curved trampoline pole. Definitely built for a straight pole. With a little elbow grease i got it to stay and not fall. So if your trampoline has curved poles look elsewhere. If your poles are straight then I recommend this.
