I used this on my 2007 Chevy Silverado Duramax with an NP2 transfer case. It fits but it is very hard to get the bearing to slide into the housing because it is not perfectly machined. I was able to force it together by installing the bearing first in the housing and then sliding it over the shaft and using 2 thin pieces of metal forced snap ring down over shaft.

Nice quality and fits really nice. If you have trouble with the speed sensor not longing up with the hole it’s due to the clearance being really tight for the back bearing on the shaft.I stuck a small pry bar in the snap ring slot and persuaded it back into place pretty easy. It longed up no problem like that.

As it turns out I ordered the wrong one. ( Be careful ). But it was a pleasant surprise to find it comes with the needle brg. and output bushing installed.

I purchased this T-Case half while going through and doing a complete rebuild of my NP263XHD. The over all quality of the Case was adequate for the price felt just like the OEM case, already had output shaft bushing and four wheel drive shaft needle bearing already installed as advertised. The casting seemed to be relatively well made with an extra fill port added compared to OEM. My only qualm was with two things.1. There were burrs on the part and snagged my hands a few times before taking the time to de-burr the casting2. For the price, it was more worth while to pick up this case in kit with more parts. As well as the case didn’t come with any of the rubber fittings or expendables found on the rear half of the case.Over all, not bad. I would give a 3.5 out of 5.
