I was happy to find these as I need a double hook with 2" separation of the prongs (for some commercialitems with pre-manufactured hanging holes exactly 2 inches apart). At least the pictures make them look like they match the 2" hole spacing on the pegboard they show. But, these are NOT 2" apart. Maybe a metric spacing that's close to 2" (actually, about 1.9")Prob useful some things, but NOT for pre-made holes that are exactly 2" apart. :(Would be nice if they actually gave the dimensional specs for these.

These are great. Holds my hammers and other heavy objects perfectly. FYI, comes with 2 packages of screws - one size fits 1/8" and other size fits 1/4" pegboard. Comes with enough screws for each hook.

These solve all the problems of the gravity hooks. They dont fall out when you grab a tool, they are designed to withstand the weight of a medium sized sledge hammer and are easy to install. The design issue lies with the screw. While the downward pressure is secure with the bottom hook, the outward pressure depends upon the hold of the threads. These didnt come with nuts for the backside or expanding screws, so, if like me, you have a fiberboard holeboard setup, the screws are tearing up the hole, ultimately making the screw turn in place. Nothing has fallen in the month I've had them up but I expect to see them start widening the hole and falling. In which case I will have to find an insert to use in the hole to secure them in.

Screw tear thru the peg board! Does not hold light weight!

Triton DuraHooks are great. Screw does not hold spectacularly in hardboard peg holes, but that is not the fault of DuraHook in my opinion. Just be light in torquing the hold screws in hardboard. Really the best pegboard hook product out there.

Most pegboard tool holders are pretty flimsy. This one is the exception. Sturdy, well made, and easy to secure. I can hang two of my 22 ounce framing hamers from one of these and not worry about it. They are an inexpensive solution to keeping tools organized and handy. Good stuff!

I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about... This product is great. I currently have all my tools hanging up with them, they are sturdy and very easy to put up.Perhaps something that might throw you for a loop is in every package, there are screws for both sizes of peg boards. This is a very simple fix and a quick process of elimination should solve the problem of which size to use.The heaviest thing I have currently being held up is a large hand held router, this is probably 8-9 pounds and the case with the accessories adds at least 5 more pounds for a total of 13-14 pounds. This is being held up by this very type of hook that has *one* screw in it.Like I said, no clue what the other people did... or how they managed to screw this up, but it's simple, easy and awesome.I'm using regular peg board that I bought from a home improvement store, nothing fancy going on here.

This is a great concept. Perhaps it would work better on the DuraBoard? I have a standard, run-of-the-mill pegboard and the screws rip out of the holes fairly easily. Works good for light-weight objects, such as small hammer, glue gun, etc.Love that it doesn't go flying out of the pegboard every time I grab a tool from the hook though!
