While I wished they offered more colors, it's not exactly like Blue and Orange don't go together. I bought a Venustas Beach Tent (3 person), which I LIKE A LOT, big enough for the two large dogs and me. Also use it as a cheap dog house out back as well. ANYWAYS, the fiberglass rods that come with said tent are terrible and give you slivers. I was afraid that these rods wouldn't be flexible enough since the arch on the tent is kind of intense. This is 100% A MUST BUY for the beach tent. THOUGH, you do have to remove 1 link, which is easy to do. Undo the end bit, then the knot, keep tension on the bungee cord, slide the extra extension off, loop bungee end through the endcap, tie off, put back together, should have decent enough tension, there you go. These rod lengths are EXACTLY the same as the rod segment lengths in the Venustas Beach Tent I bought, which was super hard to find. Only difference, slightly thicker rod at 8.5mm instead of 8mm. Which isn't actually a problem. I love them, and the orange adds a nice accent to the black they had on there.

Die Zeltstangen sind perfekt für mein selbst genähtes Vordach fürs Dachzelt! Sehr flexibel und dadurch, dass keine Hülsen für die Verbindung der einzelnen Stangen verwendet werden, lässt sie sich sehr schön durch die Stangenführung schieben.

Bought these poles as a replacement for fibre glass poles on a small backpacking tent I recently purchased. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality, and how easy it was to slightly shorten the poles to size. Shortening the poles is really simple, just pull the pin on one end if the pole and you can then access the knot that ties the elastic to the back of the pin, untie the knot but make sure you keep hold of the end of the elastic!! I used a small pipe cutter to then trim the pole to length, removed the off cut and retied the elastic to the back of the pin, job done.

much better that OEM fiberglass poles. Plus easy to shorten with tube cutter as they were about 4 inches longer than the original. GREAT product could not be more satisfied!

Pas encore complètement éprouvés.Arceaux alu en 3.60m.De prime abord super léger ça c'est cool.Le système d'emboîtement est long très bien ajusté.La souplesse me paraît bonne, mais pas encore éprouvé au max, c'est à dire les 2 bouts à la verticale.J'attends la réception de son équivalent en 6.10m, et je refais un point.Pour le moment l'ensemble paraît qualitatif, solide.

The metal parts are all top quality. They are easily as good and strong as my original poles that came with my EUREKA tent. BUT, the bungee cords are of a very low quality. The cords appear to be of very quality and of very low abrasion resistance. I would expect the cords will need replacing after a few uses.

I love my Ozark Trail 1 person tent, mainly because it has a thick, tarp-like bathtub. But the tent poles that came with the tent were flimsy and one broke. I bought these poles in the 12.8 length and they work perfectly.

I’ve broken a lot of fiberglass tent poles over the years because of high wind, but more recently they just got old and shattered during setup. I’d never been able to find replacement tent poles that were exactly the same length as the originals so I tried these. They were only 2-3 inches too short, yet they work perfect. The aluminum is light and should be much more durable over time than the original fiberglass.

My wife went on the world race and her tent poles got snapped in a wind storm leaving her tent unusable for the rest of the race. She bunked with others on her team to keep from getting disease from insect bites. This tent has history and memories for her and I wanted to restore it to a working condition. Theses poles made that come true! They look and feel excellent and best of all fit the tent perfectly!!! They did not measure exactly the same size as her originals but work all the same. Her’s were a few inches shorter, but I read other buyers cutting them down to fit due to the ability to remove the end post cut the pole with a pipe cutter and tying the end back on. I decided to try my luck and install the poles without modifying them and it worked just fine!! Thank you for a great product at a great price.
