Followed the same process used by several YouTube to replace these bushings but they fit extremely tight on the hex style of the lower control arm so even with a thick soapy solution to act as a lubricant be prepared to use your deadblow until you are out of breath. Honestly would have been easier to separate lower ball joint and put whole control arm in my shop press
