They will work well for cookies, but I'm not sure why they are called a pan grate...they don't fit in a halfsheet pan. (That was my fault...I should have noticed the measurements.) Mine are a tiny bit warped and aren't perfectly flat. I don't think it will matter, since I don't decorate cookies or candies on them, but if I did icing flow, mine would have an issue because the cookies would not be flat.
