I've been wearing Tuli's for decades. They raise my foot at the right level for perfect comfort. They are my go to shoe insert. Try them. I'm sure you will like them.

Superior design & materials, these were recommended to me by my DPM/ MD years ago to mitigate recurrence of planters fasciitis. They work! You get what you pay for! I use them in all my footwear now. Everything…. and just recommended them to my daughter-in-law who is a sheriffs deputy commander.

After 20+ years of working on cement/tile floors, I have all kinds of foot pain. And I've been putting off the podiatrist appointment due to COVID-19.No formal diagnosis yet, but I definitely have all the symptoms of plantars fasciitis. I also have ankle pain, as well as knuckle pain in a couple of toes. And I think my lifelong high arches are starting to fall.I've also tried many, many inserts. Many drugstore inserts such as Dr. Scholl's, then Powerstep, and a couple other "solutions" I've ordered over the years. These are the very best I've tried. Another reviewer mentioned that these have more metatarsal support than actual arch support ... they may be right. I think I'd prefer slightly more arch support. But considering how much less pain I'm suffering, this may actually be a better solution for me personally. Nothing I've tried has relieved as much pain as these.Everyone's problems are different but for plantars fasciitis sufferers, I can tell you that one of the things that impresses me most is the shock absorption in the heels. Other inserts I've tried, the shock absorption seemed to disappear within a month or so and my heels would hurt so much it was hard to walk at times.I've been wearing them over two months now and they don't feel any different than the first time I put them on. I still have some issues - still a little ankle pain. But it's less than before I wore these, and the other issues (heel pain, toe knuckle pain) are *greatly* reduced. Most days, I have zero plantars fasciitis pain.I'm not claiming these are a miracle cure but they have really reduced my pain. And they are so far, lasting longer than any others.

I've been using these for about 5 months and they gave me a LOT of relief from plantar fasciitis. I wear them in every shoe everyday so at this point I've worn them out and need new ones. They felt weird at first but my feet quickly adjusted to them. Great purchase and my orthopedist actually approved of them.

Tuli's gaitors are one of the few insoles that make my plantar fascitis feel better. They cost a little more than other insoles but in my opinion have been well worth the investment. When I wear them I don't feel crippled by the end of the day.

I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot which can be extremely painful and cause me to walk with a limp. At a trip to the hospital I got given a pair of these and they are fantastic. There's been a massive improvement in my foot since they have been in my shoes. So much so that I bought this pair also. I no longer walk with a limp and am rarely troubled by pain in my foot. They are comfortable and don't make any of my footwear feel too tight as a result of wearing them.5 stars. A very good product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.One thing I will note is that the fabric on top came away after not that much use. It hasn't really affected the product but it is something to think about if you are going to purchase them.

I'm a manager at a retail store, so I'm on my feet on an unforgiving floor for 8-9 hours at a time 42+ hours a week, I LOVE the Gaitors. I got the 3/4 length because the fit into my flats without shoving my toes up into the tip of my shoe and causing extreme nail pain at the end of the day. They don't lift your heel too high so that you get blisters on the back of your heels. Since I've been using these my knees, hips, and back aren't killing me by the end of the day. The arch supports are metal so they actually stabilize my naturally high arches all day.My ONLY complaint is that after a few wears the metal arch support peeled off of the foam sole and it had to stop wearing them for a few days to glue them back on. Hot glue did NOT hold, they just peeled right back off after another wear. E6000 DID work and is still holding them together. Just in case though, I've recently ordered another pair so that I can have a pair to wear and a pair to throw in the washing machine.

I got these because I have high arches (nothing freakish) and require support for my "everyday" work shoes. I needed a 3/4 length because this pair of shoes don't have much spare room. The 3/4 length works great for that. Also, the carbon strip along the bottom is great for medial support and keeps the structure of the shoes while I'm walking. Also, the heel cushioning is pretty nice. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because these are supposed to be arch supports. I don't imaging you have a huge need for arch supports if you don't have high arches. Although I notice a slight improvement in support of my actual arch over the plain shoes, these definitely do not support my full arch. I'm sure these would help someone with a low-to-normal arch who has too much flex in the middle of their feet when they walk, but if you have low-to-normal arches, why do you need something called an "arch support"? I have other inserts that definitely give better support to my arch. All that said, the heel cushion and rigidity of the midsole make my feet feel better with them than without so I'm keeping them, although I won't order another pair unless they increase the actual support to the arch.
