Just what I needed. I was not using this for a skateboard. I wanted to make a kick plate on my RV door. The previous owner just used foil tape that looked ugly. I used only the adhesive that was on the grip tape. and it is holding up very well considering it is subjected to wind at highway speeds.

I bought this to wrap my Tri bike handlebars, since I tend to sweat a lot and it makes it easier to clean. It seemed to grip fine, but the texture wore off fairly quickly just from sweat from my hands over time. After a couple of months the grit surface would be gone (literally the little beads of grit would wear and fall off) and then I’d have to remove the tape and apply a new piece. Usually had to do this 2-3x a year. That being said, when you remove the tape there is very little residue, so it make cleaning and reapplication easier.

I needed this to wrap around the exterior of Kydex holster for better retention while used as a pocket holster. The surface has excellent “grabbiness” and the peel-and-stick tape conforms well to curves of the holster. This tape sticks TIGHT! It won’t be coming off very easily!

This is perfect for a homemade calf block! It was easy to cut, made of sturdy material, strong adhesive on the back and has awesome grip/traction.
