I waited over a month to review it. I have used it every two days and there is a noticeable difference in my arms already. The first week they were quite sore, but I have gotten used to them now. Very easy to use too, with clear instructions.

I've been trying to find ways during the day to offset the hours sitting and working, and this is already proving to be a useful tool to have around for a little extra strength and posture support. I can already tell my shoulders and arms are a little firmer, and they definitely have less pain by the time I go to bed! Highly recommend for any who want a boost to your existing workouts, or just to keep the blood flowing and muscles active!

This is definitely a great way to tone up your arms and chest. I was a little skeptical but reviews convinced me to give it a try. I purchased this because obviously I can't carry my weights with me everywhere. This works so well that I now use it more than I use weights to tone my arms. This is the real deal! I use it 3 days/week, twice per day. I would say this is the best workout tool I have purchased in a very long time. A plus is that it's easy to travel with and take back and forth to work.

I bought this product recently, I used it a couple of times. And started to noticed I was getting chest pains, and stopped using it. And noticed that the chest pains stopped, so be careful when using this product. I have stopped using it and would not recommend, waste of money.

So easy to use and effective! I bought this because I wanted to get toned and strong arms during pregnancy for future baby and it was perfect because it was the workout I was looking for without the twisting and discomfort. Love!

TLDR: Surprisingly a solid piece of machine that really does works the chest and lats. However, I gave it a star off because it'll be nice to have control of the resistance. I know you can challenge yourself by positioning your hands towards the center, but I feel is not enough.NOTE: I'm reviewing this just a few days shy of receiving it. However, I felt the need to review at this point because it may be helpful to describe how solid this product feels and the DOMS I had after the first day. Before making the purchase, I took some time (a few months, actually) to really think about whether or not this would be worth my money and time. $30 seems like a lot to shell out for a piece of plastic. The deciding point of me buying this was my an unexpected knee injury. I figured, "Why not?"Out of the box, I was surprised how solid this felt. Yes, UB Toner is made out of plastic, but it's not cheap-feeling and light. It's actually quite heavy. The day after my first time with the UB Toner, which I did about 15 reps with one set (sets are described in the pamphlet it came with), I felt DOMS on my pecs and lats. I did not have much expectations, but I certainly did not expect to feel DOMS in that intensity! What would make me like this product even more to give it a five star is more control of the resistance. Sometimes obtaining the perfect form for the UB Toner movements may require lighter resistance. Also, I kind of see myself possibly wanting a higher resistance if/when I feel like my pecs and lats get used to this. I understand that you can make the resistance higher by gripping it towards the middle of the UB Toner, which does work, but it only may work to a point. Then again, maybe I may be aiming to compare the UB Toner to an adduction machine, where there is plenty of levels of resistance. Plus I've only used this a few times. I understand that there is no comparison of the parts of the body that an adductor machine works on compared to this. With that, I will make it a point to update this review if I see this product differently than what I do now as I compose this.

In the past I've wasted a considerable amount of money on various toning devices which are either difficult to use or ineffective ( and are usually expensive, heavy and take a large amount of storage space). I've been using free weights with significant success over the past year, but I really wanted something to improve the 'bra-strap' area and my chest and I came across a vlogger who had lost a significant amount of weight and recommended this device to tone the chest area.I have to admit I was a little hesitant to purchase yet another device, but I did some research and I decided it was worth the risk and I'm so glad I did. Although the device is easy to use, you can definitely feel that it works (specifically the chest and upper arm muscles) and what was telling was my muscles exhaust faster when I do my free weight exercises after. There are a few Youtube videos showing how to use the device, but I have also used this device sitting down whilst watching YouTube. I've already recommended this device to a few people and I feel this will really help with my weight training and help with my problematic 'bra-strap' area and chest (likewise, if you have 'bingo-wings'). I don't often write reviews, but if you're like me and based in the UK and wondering whether to purchase this item, then the answer is a definite YES :)

Bought as a gift for a family member to work out their arms with, and inevitably tried it myself. The build quality is good, it feels solid despite being mostly plastic, or a material similar to that, but it does feel sturdy. The workout itself is quite good, you can almost immediately feel the burn, and there is a couple of exercises you can try out. The product is also very versatile, so you can work out your arms while watching a flick on the couch, or any other sort of activity. The price is okay for what you get, and overall I am pretty satisfied. It just remains to be seen any progress that this gives!

Though a simple instrument, I can feel it working on my arms!!! When you are holding on with both hands, make sure to stand straight, tummy tucked and tighten your arm muscles. The directions are straight forward and yes, I do recommend UB Toner! I do it every morning and can feel it working! Can't do it in the morning? Take it to work. Use it while home watching television. It only takes minutes. The directions pace you to start slow, then build to 1 minute for each exercise, 2 minutes, etc. Warm up and Cool down exercises also work the arms and posture! I kept looking at it for months on Amazon Prime, read the reviews and then hit Put In Cart. Lots of fun while toning those arms! Love it. Absolutely no regrets. So glad I bought it!! You won't regret it! If I find I need more strength, I will just buy arm weights and use toner to continue. Not sure how long that will be. The UB Toner is pretty strong and tight! It will be awhile, a long while. LOL! LOVE IT!

3 stars means "it's ok" and this UB Toner screams "it's ok" to me.I bought this because I wanted to work out while sitting down (i.e. on the couch). For what it is, a super simple exercise equipment, it does the trick. Realistically, I would want less of a give when I use it but for what I got I can't complain. Will I use this more than my hand weights? Probably. Will it target as many muscles as my weights can? NOPE (that's my main concern). It's not very flexible in terms of different uses or targeting multiple parts of my arms/body. There's really only 3 ways you can use it, I'd recommend buying a 10lb weight and do curls.
