Chairs were delivered in three different boxes on two different days by Fed EX. Wait a couple of days to make sure you get everything delivered from Fed EX. Installation instructions could be a lot better. Some steps are not really clear to customer.

Difficult to build. Bolts did not screw in easily. Actually broke one and had to drill it out and replace with my own bolt. Instructions in all pictures. No words. The tools that come with it are inadequate to screw in the bolts. Once built with my tools they look nice and are comfortable.

Took me a couple of hours to assemble a set of six. Very pleased. Good quality. Hope they last a long time. Very comfortable. Just right for my tall table.

Once together they are fine. Approximately one and a half hours per chair to put together. Tools provided are completely inadequate for assembly of the base to the chair. On a positive note, they match my previously purchased patio table perfectly. Just finished putting them together yesterday. Love the rock and swivel.

Right off the bat out of four chairs purchased one is defectiveBack and forth with customer serviceNever in all my life have I gone thru an experience like thisSent required pictures and they keep saying they need part numberCHAIR IS DEFECTIVE!!! Replace it!Maybe this will change let’s see!!

Comfortable but long to assemble

These are sturdy and comfortable. I was looking especially for thick metal bars for the supports, and these are strong and won’t bend/break. The back come up high, which is wonderful for my tall husband and son. The reclining feature is a bonus - not something I was looking for but I am glad these chairs have it. Great value.
