This small exercise machine is easy to use, functional, mobile, and great for anyone. I gor this for my mom to use so she can build strength, endurance, and get moving. This is perfect for her because she can do if from a comfortable chair and it's not too hard on her joints.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I had an older, larger, bulkier under desk elliptical that was clunky to use, so it largely sat in the corner getting dusty. This one is compact, lightweight, and much easier to place and use. I love the feeling of accomplishment as I multitask through the work day! Knowing that I am keeping the oxygen flowing rather than stagnating during the 8+ daily hours I am at my desk is a great thing :)
