Product arrived damaged, severely dented on multiple sides. Packaging appeared to be relatively intact, any damages to the product did not correspond to any marks on the packaging. Suspect I was shipped a defective/returned product.Very disappointing since I purchased a steel drain pan for the showroom quality and waited more than a week for it, delaying my renovation project.

Product arrived a day later than expected. It also arrived damaged. I don’t know if that was a seller or delivery issue, but I didn’t want to return it, because I already waited long enough for the product to arrive. It should be sufficient for its desired purpose (under washing machine to prevent potential leaks from damaging floor).

This tray works amazingly well, with excellent waterproofing and stability after installation. The only downside is that its a bit heavy, which makes it harder to move alone.
