it leaks around the sensor, and we were not able to stop it with other O-rings or gasket sealer. We may return it.

part works. comes with thermostat and sensors - but the casting quality on the thermostat cover is very bad - clearly no quality control at all. leaked badly on install - needs to be sanded smooth before it will seal.don't be fooled by the aluminum material - this is no where near the quality of ford's original plastic part. if i was doing it again, i'd just go with that instead.

Aluminum instead of the factory plastic piece. Came with a thermostat and O rings necessary for installation. No issues installing it or any since.

They even called this a upgrade if the YT videos. They use plastic for a thermostat housing! Stupid on that call Ford! Out the aluminum one in much better stopped leaking!

After install it leaked at lower hose connection. I removed, inspected. The casting seams had to be filled smooth, both sides. And put permeatex rtv on sending unit O-rings

installed good and i also used a little bit of red high heat silicon sealant around rubber 0 ring ,have no leaks
