Very Basic unit but works ok.Quite over priced so value is very low.Arrived in retail box as you would see it on shelf.So no packaging to protect unit.Just sent lose in retail box and a hope for the best.

This thing is made of the thinnest metal I've ever seen. Horrible quality. The item they send is nothing like what's in the picture. It's a janky knock off. I would NEVER trust this to be installed on a stove pipe system. Absolutely terrible.

Very thin gauge metal paint quality pitiful. If I get one year use will amaze me. Is not true to other pipe had to beat my elbow into it

Installed it as per instructions doesn't open close as it should no mater how much u play with the counter weight it's either open close will open on a gust of wind but have to manually close it. Not for what there charging

Le matériel est mince, plus mince que les tuyaux de foyer standardLe diamètre est légèrement plus petit que les tuyaux de poêle alors il est très difficile d'assemblage. Même une fois assemblée il reste 3/4 de pouces qui n'entre pas.

I found the damper disc to be stiff in it's swing action. As it was, I installed it on my flue pipe but found out after I cut the pipes and installed it , the stove manufacturer says not to use a damper because it is a EPA certified stove to be used without any dampers after the firein the flue, but to use dampers built in the stove ahead of the fire.

Used this draft regulator on a wood furnace and was able to fine tune the draft to give longer burn times. Well worth the investment. Seems well built and easy to adjust. Don't install a stove or furnace without one.
