Working Principle
When the electrical appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheet is in the free state and the contact is in the closed / open state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the contact is opened / closed, and the circuit is cut / closed, so as to control the temperature. When the electric appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contact will automatically close / open and return to the normal working state.

3.The thermostat should be stored in a warehouse with RH less than 90% and ambient temperature less than 40 ℃, which is ventilated, clean, dry.

Item: uxcell KSD301 Thermostat 160°C/320°F 10A Normally Closed (N.C) Adjust Snap Disc Temperature Switch, ceramic body.Con: purchased to replace a 155C similar switch in my Mr Coffee SK13 drip machine, but I needed to grind (dremel tool's slender metal rasp bit) out the thermal switch's two fastener holes to fit my Mr.Coffee SK13 machine's sheet metal spring. I also had to purchase a set of multi sizes of spade style, crimp pairs to attach the thermal switch to the wiring, as well as a small tube of white, thermal transmission paste.Pro: Quick delivery. Price great in batch of 5. Eventually I got everything to fit, but in doing so, the previously-replaced coffee machine's power on-off switch got broken, so I gave up.

I used it for my Coffee machine. breville bes870xl. I know this is not an original part for my coffee machine, but it fit and the coffee machine is working fine now.😀

My microwave stopped working one night and when I pulled it apart I found that the thermostat terminals were burnt. I purchased this thermostat, replaced the burnt connectors and plugged it in! The microwave works as it should! Would buy again if needed!

I’ve had several small oil filled radiator type electric space heaters over the years. A few of them have failed and frankly I’ve just thrown them out. This last time it happened to a heater that was only a couple years old. I watched a YouTube repair video and ordered these little heat thermostats. The are cheap and good quality. I installed one in my heater and Shazam the thing is like new. I recommend this product if you’re capable of doing a little basic electrical testing and connecting. Taking the cover off those heaters is Childs play and there are several replaceable parts inside despite the manufacturer warning that there are not. Save $50 vs a new heater, and save the landfill.

I have a microwave that is only a few years old. I dont "cook" in it, but use it for reheating only. It still looks brand new but out of nowhere, it would shut off mid cycle. I watched a video on YT about common microwave power issues and with that information I quickly diagnosed mine. Turns out it was one of these! Once replaced my microwave has worked perfectly and I'm back to reheating with no more power shutting off!
