Using it for almost an year now. runs well, make chutneys, idly batter, all sorts of grindings, superb product.

I have not used it often, but gave up very easily :(. The overload protection switch keeps going off every time I use it. But if grinds well when it works. Now it stopped working even after resetting the overload switch. I bought the 750watts grinder. May be the low power 550watts ones last longer.

After moving to the US, it was difficult to find any mixer and grinder to do the grinding related to Indian cooking. Vidiem came as a great help. Just like India. I also got to know that it is rebranding of Preethi mixer and Grindr in India which happens to be my mom’s kitchen mate.I recently had issue with motor coupler for which the seller provided full support and guidance.

Good investment. Easy to handle the grinder. I did purchase the larger jar separately. Wish the vendor included the larger jar, which is very handy when grinding rice and lentils for indian food. Sturdy jars, transparent covers and strong motor power. Definitely recommend the product.

This product is a workhorse for the kitchen. Very powerful and easy to clean. However, the coupler worn out. The customer service was responsive, pointed to the spare coupler in the packing. Product and caring customer service deserves and absolute 5 star.
