I don't know how it compares with other rim tape but this was easy to install and it is doing the job. I can't complain!

Tape applies perfectly on the rim. Just line up the valve core hold and run it around the rim. It's easy and stays put offering protection for the tube from any spoke punctures. Highly recommend. Just make sure you get the right width for the rim you are applying it to and you will be happy like me! Thanks.

Expensive.........but well worth it, extra thick, especially if your working on a bike with bulky spoke nuts...stops tire leaks resulting from rim punctures.I took this bike on a very long cross country ........without a worry of getting a rim puncture.

Have used Velox for years, easy to use and sticks which really helps. Don't waste your money on cheap products, they will let you down. This is the rim tape you need, nothing worse than a flat on the trail!

So much better than the original cheap rubber rim tape that came with the bike, which caused a puncture. Pretty sure this one offers much more protection.I bought the 19mm one, it comes in a pack of two rolls. Each roll is more than enough for a 27.5 rim.

a classic product. Easy to apply and forgiving if you need to peel back and straighten. Tightly woven and thick enough that it made the inside of the rim very smooth. Used it to tape up some new 650c mavic open pro wheels I bought. Recommended width by the manufacturer is 18mm but the 19mm velox tape worked just fine.
