so far so good I started with low temp break in with the stove. I got very good help from the Amazon community when I asked how to fire it so it wouldn't crack. The grate that it replaced was at least 25 years old.

Works great..stove heats well but allows us to remove the ash pan easily..the old grate had sagged over the years which cause a difficult time to remove ashes..
