Product seems okay. The direction sheet is absolutely useless. This product replaces the washer on the end of the axel. There is nothing that states this. It will also take a bit of bending to fit straight as it hits part of the space keeping fixture underneath.

Purchased this for my 2023 Pan American to assist with keeping med and water from flinging back onto my pannier bags. Item was easy to install and took about 20 mins to do so. Would recommend locktite on the bolts when installing them to assure they do not back out.

Directions were a little weird, but was an easy install. A 1 7/16" wrench or socket will be needed. I also removed the washer/spacer original to the bike. Lined up perfectly. Test drove with no issues.Not sure if it's going to help with rain or stones, but it give the Pan a little different look. Much more secure than the 3M stick on fenders.
