This product was purchased for my 13 year old grandson for Christmas. One week after opening and using the reflex arm is broken. He was so excited to use it so you can imagine my disappointment when the reflex arm broke. The metal just snapped. The appearance was just as depicted initially. It was easy to assemble. It seems you need to pull your punches because construction isn’t as sturdy as it needs to be for a boxing training piece of equipment. For what it cost, I didn’t expect it to break so easily.
