We recently remodeled our bathroom and wanted a DIY friendly shower option for our 2 person shower. This panel was a bit on the higher cost end but had all the features we wanted. I was expecting awesome but its just ok.PROS:- Matte black finish is beautiful- All metal components (knobs, wand, etc)CONS:- Found RUST dripping out of the shower head of 1 panel. Water can get trapped in the rain head, so we have the heads tilted back slightly to help the water drain after use.- Lacks water pressure. We ran 3/4” pipe directly to the panel but the pressure coming from the rain-head and wand is very underwhelming. If the diameter of the holes where smaller, the pressure would be better.- I am 5’1 and when adjusted to the most downward position, the body jets still hit me in the face and stomach…. Not ideal for short people.- You can NOT run multiple features at the same time.

One of the black nubs fell off the shower head and there IS NO WAY to replace the .02 cent part, they make you replace the entire shower head.I had this shower installed when my home was built this May and Vigo will not honor their warranty because the part was purchased by my builder and not me.Absolutely horrible company and as others have stated, the pressure is so low that it doesn’t even feel like a rainfall head, more like a crappy shower.AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS, there are definitely better alternatives.

This is a very nice panel. Be careful not to scratch the surface when attaching the Rain Head to the body of the panel. No bushings are supplied. Also, make sure you remove all there of the flow restrictors in order to optimize your water pressure. Two in the supply lines and one between the temperature valve and the disbursement selector.
