In today’s day and age it’s hard to get quality customer service, and it’s even harder to trust anyone. Let me just say these guys are top notch. I’m not the most educated pool player and was having a hard time finding a cue that would work for me without breaking the bank. Not a professional by any stretch, but I was tired of using house and bar cues. I loved the look and reputation of the Valhalla, but new tip and shaft were kinda basic. They helped me upgrade my shaft to a PureX at a great price and answered all my questions throughout the process. Even sent me pictures as it was put together. That upgrade alone made the stick shoot so much smoother and the felt deflection was very minimal. They treated me like a person, not a number or email address just to get my money. I've been playing pool regularly for over 55 years and have owned some nice pool cues.This pool cue feels great in my hands. Good balance, perfectly straight, and smooth without "dressing" the shaft and it feels like it belongs in your hands. The tip broke off the first stick after only a few games. That evening I went through the normal Amazon return channels and returned the stick at 3 PM the next day. On the 3rd day, the new replacement stick was on my door step. Certainly before the first stick could have arrived back at their facility.First class customer service and a beautiful, eye catching pool cue that meets my high expectations and higher standards. very nice product, it is perfect. the bottom sticker should be easier to take off but no big deal. Also I liked how they blacked out the original MSRP and upped the price 30 dollars. Like I said no big deal this is a great Que stick.
