I started using a curved monitor for the gaming space I made in my room & wanted a more direct lighting source because I just have a lamp in opposite corner that provides good lighting but isn’t able to light up the desk space in front of the monitor the best at night since the back of my chair faces it. This light bar helped resolve that issue so it’s a good buy for me at the moment.

There's lots of glare just on the top of my screen, the buttons are weird and the timer function is useless, but it's a good light for your desk, it's bright and has good temperature and brightness adjustment.

Ohhh man, where to start....I like Vivo products. I use their monitor arms and tv mounts, so I expected this to be good, but not great because it was $40 bucks. My BenQ monitor light was $110 (love it, but pricey). Needed a second one for my 2nd monitor, but didn't want to shell out another $110.Mounted on a 32" Curved MSI monitor.Pros:It does its job, which is light my desk area. Has 5 different color temp profiles.I like the frosted diffuser it has. Looks good off, but there are still LED hot spots when on (not bad though, just saying).Mini LEDs when off, so you know where to press in the dark.Cons:Its made fully of plastic and is not weighted. Which means, mounted on the monitor, it will move when you press the buttons too hard.Came a little warped, but since it is made of plastic, you can basically bend it straight. Wow, what a feature! The biggest issue I have is that the on/off button (touch) is the same button to change the color temperature. It's a short press to turn it on (1 sec) and a long press (3 sec) to turn it off. Once on, it's a short press to change the color temp. You see where I'm going with this? What I is am saying is that, if you don't hold it long enough to turn it off when you want, it changes the color of the light instead.....Oh brother, now you telling me I gotta cycle through all the colors again and try again or just fix it next time i turn it on. Man.....I'm lazy......it should've been a separate button to change the color temp....I hate the icon labels...it's big and ugly which makes it look cheap.Definitely not a 5 star product. 4 stars is generous, so 3 stars it is. It's Mid........I'll keep though, because I'm too lazy too return. Should've spent the extra money, but in this economy.......ohhh man.

This is a reasonably priced monitor light that fits the 1800R curve of my Samsung G9 49" display very well. Also goes with the VIVO monitor arm holding it up and the VIVO standing desk it's attached too. Price is the same as some no-name monitor light brands, one of which I bought for another monitor.Monitor lighting provides a couple of big benefits: 1 - when typing in a dark room, it helps illuminate your work surface & keyboard, so you can actually see what you're doing including being able to read any notes or even the legends on the keycaps if they're not backlit; 2 - the light reflecting off your work surface helps reduce eyestrain in an otherwise dark room with the screen acting as single and relatively very bright light source. I find this lamp does both of those things very well, and my eyes thank me for it.This particular lamp looks good, the controls work well, and it uses basic USB-C for power. Switches are touch sensitive, so hopefully this light will last a while as cheap switchgear seems to be a weakness of many inexpensive LED lights.

It lights up with different settings and attaches without fuss to my LG ultrawide monitor. It is nice that it connects to the monitor's usb-slot. There's no glare. Of course, it could attach a little more securely, but then it would probably have to be a much more expensive, monitor-specific lamp.

I've never tried a light bar before and wanted to try this highly rated one to see if it's suitable for me or if it will enhance lighting in my work space. from the whole setup/placement on the monitor to how the light works, it's overall very poor and not worth the money. maybe i have too much light already in my room because there is a large window beside my desk? not sure but this was not useful at all.The build quality was also mediocre. controls are not user friendly and there is no ability to place a webcam on top. Had to return

I've had several lights and wanted to get a new curved one which would better fit my monitor. This was a 40$ solution to a 80$ problem that didn't pan out. It sits crookedly and the color temp settings don't quite hit for me.I've got some other no name flat ones and they aren't crooked. The mount is poorly injected and the issue.I would pass on this and I will have to drop it off for return.

Bought the LG 40" Curved UltraWide monitor recently and needed a lightbar that curved along with it. A straight bar would've been fine but I'm a stickler for things like this being similar. The light gets super bright and has a good amount of customization for your needs. The clamp is pretty sturdy and the bar stays on pretty well.
