This was larger than I expected based on other tower fans I had seen, but true to form for Vornado the quality is exceptional. The remote stays on the pedestal with a magnet, but the unit has controls as well. Very quiet, and very powerful. Worth the money.

This fan gives off perfect amounts of air and it is super quiet. The night light feature is also perfect! I use this fan every night and couldn’t ask for anything more. This fan checks all the boxes and I highly recommend it.

Initially was thinking of buying a Dyson fan, but having been satisfied with the quality of another Vornado fan I own, I looked into what other fans they had to offer and I found this. Very high quality build that doesn't look cheap either. Absolutely no regrets. In fact this is my second ARA fan for the other room. The lighting feature is perfect for a night light. The remote is very simple and easy to use that I can tell which buttons are what without looking at it.

These fans are fantastic, yes they cost more but they are the best fans I have ever owned. I live in the Texas heat & I have several Vornados. My son told me about them & I now own 4, two towers, two table top & a small one on my bathroom counter.. they make such a difference from other fans.. I will only buy Vornados. My last tower fan was the top of the line with an ambient light. Luv it, luv them all 🤗

I have had several Vornado fans over the years and this one is the best. It is well built, powerful, oscillates at both 90 and 180 degrees and is relatively quiet given how powerful it is. I do wish it had one more higher fan setting. Highly recommended.
