So happy with this purchase! I bought it for my two year old granddaughter this past summer. It is great to help her build confidence as we teach her how to swim. This was recommended by a swimming teacher to be one of the best!

Our local YMCA recommended this floating device to help our son learn how to swim better. The great part was each layer you can take off. Which is what I was looking for because currently he needs all the support but eventually we'll need less and less which this recommends. The colors are very vibrant. The comfort and fit for my 3-year-old was great for this.

Would've been five stars if it had a strap under the crotch. Slips up under the pits but if tighten it's too tight and leaves chafing. But otherwise good product and great idea

I got these to replace the Puddle Jumpers for my 5 and 8 year olds. The 8 year old can swim, but he doesn't float well on his own so needs a little boost. He weighs 53 lbs and this float works well for him. It fits comfortably they only complained about it if their swim shirt pulled up and the nylon strap was directly on their skin. Used them in the pool and on the beach.

I wasted money putting my kids in swim school for over a year. A whole year went by and they still couldn’t swim on their own. My 7yr old son is terrified of water. I decided to teach him myself with this float device. It only took 30 days and he’s swimming on his own! This is the perfect tool because it gives kids the freedom with their swim motions. The float breaks down in stages starting with 3 then 2 then 1. A regular life jacket will keep them afloat too much and doesn’t allow them to sink. This device makes them work harder to swim while keeping them afloat. My son went from crying all the time to “dad I want to do laps”. Happydad

First of all always be right by your child when they're learning how to swim or already know how to swim. My daughter is 50lbs and this held her up in the deep side of the pool, she even asked to remove one of the plates, she does know how to float only a little so it did it's job, but there are a few no no's. This is just a belt around the child's waist which is definitely not safe, because if it goes below the belt the child can easily flip and also it can easily slip out. I would prefer it better if it was like a backpack around both arms and the waist. We will still be using it while she's learning to swim but eyes on her at all times.
