Way too small for mooring anything. Would work well for tying ropes for blinds.

Wanted a few more cleats for the tinny.Smaller than I was expecting. Good enough to tie a fish stringer to. Would work great for dock bumpers or more decorative things around the home.

Cheap metal ones rust, this seam's to be holding it's own. Don't think it will snap off but you never know. I'm happy with it so far. I recommend

These are very good & great for a project I am doing. They are slightly shorter than 4 inches though if that interests you - they're 3 & 7/8s inches actually.
