If you wear overalls exclusively like I do, you will appreciate the bib pockets the most. The pockets' snap buttons make room for pens, notepads, cell phones, etc. Very versatile stuff.Don't let their description of "rigid denim" confuse you. The denim is not rigid and these are not suitable to wear out to the barn. HOWEVER, the material is insanely comfortable as far as legit denim overalls go, and great for casual wear.Most importantly, the sizing is off. I ordered my usual 32x34 but it fit like a 30x36 (very tight in the bib area). I exchanged for a 34x32 and the fit is just right. For these overalls to match pant size, I recommend adding one or even two sizes to your usual waist size, and one size shorter in the inseam.These overalls are very comfortably and stitched well for daily casual wear. If you are willing to experiment with the sizing and risk an exchange, you wont be disappointed.

Ich bin mit 33 Jahren in einem Alter, in dem man den Tragekomfort seiner Kleidung über modisches Aussehen stellt.Dadurch, dass ich relativ groß bin und eher stämmig gebaut, habe ich mit Bundhosen oft das Problem, dass sie mir hinunter rutschen. Das kann mit der Big Smith Latzhose jetzt nicht mehr passieren! Sie eignet sich prima für die Freizeit oder zum Arbeiten im Sommer, da der Stoff hier etwas dünner ist.Die Hose ist mit einer praktischen „Einstiegshilfe“ ausgestattet: Einfach die Knöpfe an den Seiten lösen und anlegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die überaus großzügig gestaltete Latztasche, in der man auch ein Handy mit Leichtigkeit unterbringt. Es gibt auch Fächer für Stifte und Seitentaschen an den Beinen, die einem das Leben erleichtern. Und das zusätzlich zu den Hosentaschen, die man von normalen Jeans schon kennt!Ich bin 1,91m groß und wiege rund 105kg, da trage ich die Größe 42Wx34L, welche mir wie angegossen passt. Ich habe eine komfortable Latzhose zum Tragen in meiner Freizeit während der Sommermonate gesucht und bin hier fündig geworden. Kombiniere sie sehr gerne einfach mit T-Shirt darunter, ein sehr angenehmer Alltagsbegleiter!

Correct size -- so nice that it was not necessary to have hemmed. It is difficultto find overalls short enough.Fabric is really good weight - and look so nice - new -- and the fasteners are good quality.Husband is really happy with these -- and he is so hard to please.

i ❤️LOVE❤️ bib overalls. i have many pairs in different colors & love wearing them all. i wanted a pair of "engineer" striped bibs & haven't seen them in stores for a long, long time... at least not ones that would come close to fitting me. i'm 5'1" tall & weigh about 102lbs. i know any bibs i find will be miles long but that's okay; i can hem or cuff them (cuffing adds to the character 😉).there were two brands of striped bibs on Amazon that i was considering & after reading over the reviews of both i decided on these Big Smith bibs. i ordered the smallest size (30 x 32) hoping that they would shrink. i don't look for form-fitting overalls. it's fun if they are roomy enough to be comfortable without, as another reviewer said, looking clownishly big.my Big Smith bibs arrived in yesterday's mail, i tried them on, washed them today (we only use cold water for washing), put them in the dryer on the highest (cotton) setting, & dried them thoroughly. they did shrink & i love the way they fit now. they are still long, but not as long as they were pre-washing, & they are smaller through the body than when i unpackaged them & are now a really comfy, not at all too small, fit.i will need to shorten the shoulder straps because i have them pulled as short as i can (the hardware is on the top of my shoulder) & it's still not quite enough. that's an easy enough job.they seem to be very well made. love the pocket watch pocket. love the triple stitched seams. love the fabric; nice & tightly woven but not at all stiff. love the stripes; a really deep blue & a white for distinct striping. love the deep pockets (why the heck do clothing manufacturers think women only want pseudo pockets & don't deserve or want REAL pockets?!).i wore them today warm from the dryer with a red turtlneck, red Converse hightop sneakers., AND a pocket watch with its chain!tell me, does it get any better than that? 🥳time will tell how durable these are but, at this point in time, i couldn't be happier if i was twins. 😁

These are great. A lot of overalls can be very expensive but at about $35-40 these have been just right. I don’t want to spend too little and get cheap tissue paper knockoffs, but I wasn’t going to spend a small fortune on them either.The stitching and overall design is comfortable and durable. They are however cut a little long in the leg. I’m usually a size 46W x 30L and I ordered that size. I’ve lost a lot of weight recently so the 46 was roomy when it arrived but that’s okay because hey they’re overalls. But the leg hem is to the floor, and even when I wear my thicker-soled work boots, I have to turn up the cuffs to keep them off the ground. This isn’t too bad, as turned-up leg cuffs don’t look all that out of place on overalls, but still in the future I think I’ll try ordering a 28L instead and see if that works better.

I wear overalls a lot. I have tried Walls, Liberty, Key, Carhart, and Pointer. I was looking to add another pair for spring/summer and saw these "Big Smith" brand. They were about $5 cheaper than most others so I thought I would give them a try. They came in and were true to size (order whatever regular pants waist and length you wear).I am able to button all buttons on both size and they are still comfortable the length was perfect. The galluses are adjustable and with the bib hitting me mid sternum the buckles still have plenty of adjustment to them. The denim is a light/medium weight, sturdy but not stiff after the first washing). Pants pockets are large. Back pockets are lower than some and are situated about the same place on your heinie as on jeans. There is no zippered pocket (tobacco pocket) on the bib. However they have 2 snap button pockets on each side (no flap) that are big enough to carry a Full size cell phone (Samsung Note 9). If you wear a pocket watch as in the old times they have the hemmed holes for the chain and either bib pocket is plenty large enough for the watch. Also, has 2 pencil pockets on the bib. They have a zipper fly which makes things a lot easier for those with hand/finger issues.The only thing that I can say that could be a negative is that the legs are not tapered AT ALL. They are the same width at the thigh as at the ankle. This works well if you wear boots as it has enough clearance to cover the boot tops. However, if you are wearing shoes, you get a flow when walking like a pair of 70s bell bottoms. To each their own taste, but I'd prefer a slightly more tapered leg.In conclusion, every other brand that I wear have one or two things that I disliked and those small things that I did not like about the other brands are corrected for me with these "Big Smiths". I bought another pair earlier this week.
