This is exactly what I was hoping to find for our baby grand piano. Perfect height, perfect size. Easy attach the legs. Beautiful and sturdy. Was very well protected inside it’s shipping box.

The bench part is lovely and sturdy and matches my piano.The bottom of the bench is stapled. The minute a few pieces of music and a couple of books were placed in the the bottom, it fell out. My husband nailed in the bottom and so far it is holding up.... but it is thin particle board.

Love the sturdiness and color. It’s such a nice bench and the storage feature is perfect. We have an antique piano missing a bench but this was a great replacement option. The color matches the piano so I was really happy with my purchase.

Product looks fine, is easy to assemble, but the "music storage" compartment has a base that is literally held on by staples. These gave way after about six months of ordinary usage (keeping sheet music in it...) and the bottom simply fell out.It may be possible to re-secure it in a more permanent fashion, but due to the construction it's not clear how I'm going to manage that.Definitely do not recommend

I am very happy with this replacement piano bench. It was easy to assemble, has a nice glossy finish, and the color closely matches the wood on our upright. I had read some other reviews complaining that it wasn't made sturdy enough. It is true that the underside of the bench is made of something like particleboard, but it seems plenty sturdy to hold music sheets and books. What are these people using---granite music scores? Anyway, a nice replacement and my wife is happy too so it's GOT to be good!

Should have read the description more closely. This bench has a really, really high gloss finish. We wanted it for our hall, to sit on while putting on shoes, but it doesn't match our other furniture. Not sure we'll keep it. It was very easy to put together - just bolt the 4 legs on - and it does appear to be sturdy. The seat lid hinges have a soft close feature so it won't crash on your fingers. The finish is an attractive walnut color. It came in perfect condition.

arrived on time; packed very well, easy assembly with lock washer and screw for each leg. Had to tighten the screw to get perfect aligment, but it is perfect. Space inside fit eight of my paperback music books plus some sheet music.

After several of months of use, it's still very stable and the glossy finish is durable. This went together very easily. The hinge for the lid is tight and not prone to fall and smash little fingers pulling out music from the storage compartment. Fully open, it opens up 60 degrees. You have to deliberately push the lid down to close it, and it can lock in place if you open it all the way and push the hinge back. I wish the bottom of the storage tray was reinforced in the corners; it's made from 1/4" hardboard. It seems like this may blow out over time...however, no issues thus far. The not too expensive price makes it a good value. Recommend.
