I coach a youth swim program. I have used this device for kids working on the breakouts off their start. The love seeing how far they can get. We swim in a 25 yard pool, so far the kids have gotten 20 yards. This device can also be used for stationary swimming.

If you have access to a pool which will allow you to do tubing exercises, or you have a pool in your backyard, this is a great rig.

This was an awesome purchase. I got the most difficult version. If you are an adult, you should definitely get the most difficult version. Otherwise, it will just stretch more. If the pool is short then you may have to wrap it around whatever you use as the anchor.

The leash is longer than needed, but we doubled/looped it and then hooked to an anchor on our wall - The only option was yellow - light resistance; belt is comfortable; it's harder than it seems. Came fairly quickly.
