The compartment sizes are somewhat adjustable with the provided divider plates. The halves are covered on both sides with a two half covers on the smaller sections side. It is possible to removed the tray inserts on both sides with some careful and patient prying as they are glued in. I did this to convert one to a full size box for items such as leatherman tool, forceps, and zingers. These cases have strips on both sides that prevent slipping on smooth surfaces such as a rowboat metal seat. The latch does a good job keeping these boxes closed. Overall I like the quality and price of this set.

Great little box with one game-ending issue. These arent worm-proof. If you're one of those that fish exclusively hard baits, you're all good, but for most of us who are wanting to store soft plastic, these aren't it.

I ordered these waterproof tackle boxes for my son who loves to fish. As his collection of accessories grows, so does his need to securely store everything.The Good: - These tackle boxes are well made with quality materials. - They are waterproof, so if/when he drops one in the lake, everything is protected as long as it was closed first!The Bad: - The bins are too small and the ones on the lid are far too shallow. A guy can use a couple small bins for weights and small hooks, but I don't need 18 of them per box. - This is a minor gripe, but clear bins are more convenient because you can see what's inside without having to remember which box has which tackle.Overall, while they are very nice tackle boxes, they just are not very useful. If they were a little larger with deeper bins on the lids, they would be great.
