They weren’t completely what I was expecting but they work

I am a new kid to knitting. Picked it up over the holiday. I quickly learned the size of the needle matters. After reading online to determine what size I needed, I looked on Amazon to find a size 15. These feel good in the hands. They allow for some gliding of the yarn but not too much. These are good quality. I don’t know that people break yarn needles but I see these lasting a lifetime. Aesthetically, these are very pleasing. It’s something about the bamboo look that is very zen. Comparatively to others, these are a great value for the money. Please let me know if this helps.

Wood needles can be tough to find at a reasonable price when you can’t tolerate any snagging of delicate or specialty yarns (like eyelash or silk). These pass the quality test for me. No sandpapering or emery boarding really solves a splintery needle problem. These were smooth right out of the package and no worries about having to apply wax or something and hope for the best. I really really enjoy using these. They feel good in my hands and are producing a lovely eyelash yarn scarf. I want more sizes.

The 9.0 mm knitting needles are not straight. They have a bend in both needles and dent easily. Disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend.

I bought these for my sister who has started to knit again. She said they are easy to use and comfortable in her hands.

I bought these for a 9 year old who is learning to knit. She likes them

I have nothing to compare them to. I am just learning and practicing. They seem long and awkward but, as I said, I have never knitted before.
