They are very easy to cut to size and install. Perfect fit to our 6" posts. They look beautiful and price is right.

Warning "4-pieces" is not 4 post skirts, you will receive 4 flimsy plastic pieces to make one post skirt, you will have to cut to try and it make fit, I bought 2 of these thinking it would give me 8 post skirts, paid over $100 plus shipping, didn't care because it would save me a trip to the Hardware store,,, "I Chose...Poorly"! ... Well-Played Seller. What a Scam!

First off, be careful as the listing is a little misleading. It says 4 pieces, so I thought I was getting enough for 4 columns. But you only get 4 pieces that are enough for 1 column! So I only had 3 columns to do, and thought I would have an extra in case anything happened. So I ordered 2 more, to do the other 2 columns. When the shipment arrived there was only enough for 1 again. Messaged the seller and they were immediately responsive, and sent another right away! Other than that I am very pleased with how they look, and I did it all by myself!

I did a fair amount of research on what was out there for post skirt options before deciding on these. The price is great and I'm really happy with the product. It was lines clearly "scored" so all your have to do is cut all 4 pieces on the same line and click them together. I used my miter saw to make the cuts, but seem like a hacksaw or anything similar would also make quick work of these. The pieces feel secure after they are clicked into each other, it doesn't seem like any kind of adhesive is needed although I guess you could use some caulking to really give a polished look. The white is on the shinier side, so I'm going to paint them to match some white I have on my deck. My only "con", whish will be a "pro" for others is that they have rounded corners. My deck has standard 4" X 4" square posts. If you have rounded posts, even better!I'm happy I chose these to add that final finished look to my new deck.

We had wood cover for the support pole on our porch overhang, and after 30 years, it was rotting. We tore it off, leaving the expose support pole. Needing a new cover, I started searching and found a couple of companies online that sold fairly expensive "column" type covers. They looked nice, but were expensive, and the shipping was almost as much as the product. I looked on Amazon (of course) and found this product. I was a little skeptical, but between the reviews and the description, I felt it would work OK. Held my breath until it arrived and my husband took a look. We needed to cut 5" off so it would fit the length of our pole, so my husband left them taped together as they were shipped and cut them at the same time. This is really a unique product and it worked beautifully, and looks great! It's plain, no fancy design or groves as the other ones I saw that were more expensive, but it is 100% functional and simply snapped together. It took a few times going around the pole to get the sides completely snapped in. We ordered a skirt to go around the bottom, and that as well is a great design, easy to cut (if you have a miter saw) and snaps together! We put silicone around the top and bottom of the pieces, just to keep water from going underneath.I would really recommend both the pole cover and the skirt (we will order another skirt to go up against the top of the pole to cover the gap in the ceiling). We are leaving it white because it goes with our porch.

I have installed 10 of these over the past two weekends and have been really pleased with the results. This was the second time I am replacing the trim around the posts on my front porch so hopefully this will be the last for quite a while. When I moved in the wooden trim was rotten so I removed all of it and installed similar trim to what was on the house when I moved in. That only lasted a few years before it too started to show signs of rotting and peeling. I poked around for a better solution and found these. I ordered only one of them and installed it a week ago as a test, but it worked out so well I bought another 9 of them to finish the porch. Installation is a snap. Just place them around your posts and eyeball them and then trim along the pre-cut grooves to get them the size you need (I used a hacksaw). Then they snap together using a neat little slot and tooth system that holds them really tightly together. I assembled them in place around the bottom of my posts and then caulked the top edge where they meet the post and the bottom edge where they meet the columns on my porch. I'll update this review as they wear, but so far I'm really impressed with the ease of installation and the quality of the product.
