This sled is perfect for anyone with a home gym. It works great as an extra cardio machine almost. You do have to build it, but it wasn’t too difficult to set up. It is extremely heavy, so be careful as you lift it into your garage. Super excited to add it to my home gym. I think it will work perfectly.
