These aren't very heavy, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing. The light weight makes them easier to move around especially if you plan on using them as an entrance point. For the same reason I worry about the light weight being easy to knock over. They were extremely easy to put together, the chrome is nice and shiny with no scratches and the rope is thick and feels durable. I host parties often so these will be useful to section off areas as well.

How do I contact support for this item? 3 poles and 3 tops are scratched pretty bad right out of the box the other 3 are perfect.
