I’ve placed several orders with this company. In just about every order, 3/4 of the frames are broken. My most recent order of 12 came with 8 broken frames and 4 good frames. Otherwise, the frames are beautiful.

These frames appear nice, but could have been packaged much better. They were packaged like this: 2 frames both wrapped in bubble wrap, laid with the glass surfaces facing each other, the frames are then wrapped in a foam sheet. WHY ARE THE GLASS SURFACES LAYING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER? Despite being flat, they are of equal hardness and will obviously crack easier this way. The bubble wrap is too thin to actually protect against this in the way intended. Half of the frames were cracked. If I can request a partial refund I will.
