This is the 5th or 6th time buying these the letters fade the color change and the clip broke off

One latch was broke on one pin. The quality should have been better than it was. Will not purchase again.

Pin cannot be close, missing 2 locking knob, cannot open pin. All 4 does not operate properly. I just return all 4 of these got the replacement yesterday only to find that one of them is broken. Should I return all 4 again, or just the 1 that’s broken. These pins are very delicate and more care should be taken that they are pack properly for shipment . I need to order some more but am having second thoughts. May have to find another company.

The badge was made with paper so when you touch it the ink comes off. Also a few were broken.

Great packaging. White parts with letters are paper,not happy about the purchase due to such.
